By accessing or using Glance ("the Service") — including our mobile app, web console, widgets, connected integrations, and AI assistant — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Glance is a widget platform that allows you to:
Registration: You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Account Security: Write keys, webhook URLs, and OAuth connections are sensitive. Do not share them publicly or commit them to public repositories. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Account Termination: You may delete your account at any time in the Glance mobile app (Settings → Danger Zone) or web console (Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone). See our Data Deletion Instructions for details. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove any public widget and suspend or terminate the associated account if we determine, at our sole discretion, that it violates these standards.
Free Tier: We offer a free tier with limited features. Free accounts are subject to resource limits (feeds, events per day, retention period, and AI assistant usage).
Paid Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's refund policies. We do not have control over the refund process for in-app purchases.
Plan Changes: You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Your Data: You retain ownership of all content you submit to Glance, whether via HTTP webhooks, direct in-app uploads, connected integrations, or the AI assistant. We do not claim intellectual property rights to your content.
Data Storage: We store your feed state, integration-derived data, templates, and event history according to your plan's retention period. Older events are automatically deleted per your plan limits.
Data Use: We only use your private data to provide the Service — including displaying it on your widgets, running automations you configure, and powering the AI assistant to help you build widgets. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Data Deletion: When you disconnect an integration, delete a feed or widget, or delete your account, associated data is removed from our systems as described in our Data Deletion Instructions. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
License for Public Widget Content: When you publish a widget publicly, you grant Glance a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute the content of that widget's feeds solely for the purpose of delivering the Public Widgets feature. This license does not allow us to use your content for advertising or sell it to third parties. The license terminates when you unpublish that widget.
Your Authorization: Connecting an integration requires your explicit authorization through that platform's OAuth or permission flow. You represent that you have the right to connect each account and to display the data you configure in your widgets.
Third-Party Terms: Your use of connected platforms (Google, Meta, GitHub, YouTube, Apple services, and others) is also subject to those platforms' own terms of service and privacy policies. Glance is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, availability, or policies.
Disconnecting: You may disconnect any integration at any time in Settings → Integrations. Disconnecting removes stored OAuth tokens from our systems. You may also revoke access directly on the third-party platform.
No Endorsement: Integration with a third-party service does not imply endorsement by that service or its operators.
Assistive Tool: The in-app AI assistant helps you design widget layouts, connect data sources, and configure automations. Suggestions from the assistant are provided for your convenience and may require review or correction before use.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing widget designs, integration configurations, and automation settings before they go live. You confirm that connected data sources and displayed content comply with these Terms and applicable law.
Usage Limits: AI assistant usage may be subject to daily limits based on your subscription plan.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that assistant outputs will be error-free, complete, or suitable for every use case.
What "Publishing" Means: When you publish a widget publicly, its name, description, category, creator display name, and the current state of its feeds become visible to all Glance users and to unauthenticated visitors on the web. You are solely responsible for all content you choose to publish.
Creator Responsibilities: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to any content you publish — including images, text, data, and any third-party material — and that publishing such content does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
Subscriber Analytics: As a creator, you will have access to aggregate analytics for your public widgets, including total subscriber count and total URL click counts. These analytics do not identify individual subscribers by name or email.
Unpublishing and Subscriber Impact: You may unpublish a widget at any time. When you do, subscribers' devices will stop receiving content updates from that widget.
Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any public widget or its content, with or without notice, if we determine it violates these Terms.
Subscribing to Public Widgets: By subscribing, you acknowledge that the creator controls the widget's content and may update, modify, or remove it at any time. Glance is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of creator-published content.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service, including changes to third-party integrations or API availability.
The Glance name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are our property. All software, designs, and documentation are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glance and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — including reliance on AI assistant outputs or third-party integration data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glance and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your connected integrations, your published content, or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
